Orders & Shipping
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Standard shipping within Australia takes 2 to 10 business days, depending on your location.
Orders are processed Monday to Thursday from 9 AM – 5 PM AEST, and on Fridays until 12 PM AEST. Any orders placed outside these hours will be processed on the next business day.
Yes! We offer free metro delivery in Sydney & Melbourne on all orders based on our minimum orders spend.
Currently, we only ship within Australia.
We process orders quickly! If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. After that, we may not be able to make modifications.
Please reach out ASAP with the correct details. If the order has already been shipped, we won’t be able to update the address, and redelivery costs may apply.
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 30 days if the item is unused and in its original packaging. Check our Returns & Refunds Policy for details.
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
If your item is damaged in transit, please email us at contact@urbanculturehomes.com.au with clear photos of the damage within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll assist you with a replacement or refund.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days.

Yes! If an item is out of stock, you can sign up for restock notifications on the product page.

Each product has specific care instructions listed on its page. For general maintenance, we recommend:
- Dusting with a soft cloth
- Using mild cleaners for spills
- Keeping items away from direct sunlight and moisture
We currently operate online only, but we provide detailed images, descriptions, and customer reviews to help you make an informed purchase.
