One machine, three ways round the course. The ESWING ES-1388 Pro carries your golf bag and lets you ride it standing up, walk beside it as a trolley, or fold it down for the car boot.
Three modes
- Ride: stand on the rear footplates and ride between shots at up to 25 km/h.
- Push trolley: fold the footplates up and walk beside it. Power-assist walking moves the trolley forward at a steady walking pace, so you are not pushing the weight yourself.
- Fold: take the bag off and fold it to 105 x 54 x 39 cm to fit most car boots.

Good to know

- Weather-resistant, not waterproof. Avoid riding in heavy or prolonged rain or through deep water, and do not pressure-wash the scooter.
- Range and speed vary with rider weight, terrain, slope, temperature and tyre pressure.
Battery & charging safety
- Use only the charger supplied with this scooter.
- Charge on a hard, non-combustible surface in a well-ventilated area, away from exits and flammable materials.
- Do not leave the scooter charging unattended or overnight, and unplug it once fully charged.
- Stop using the battery and contact us if it is damaged, swollen, leaking, unusually hot or smells of burning. Do not open or repair it yourself.
- Do not put lithium-ion batteries in household bins. Take them to a battery recycling drop-off point.

Before using this vehicle, check the applicable local laws relating to your intended use of the vehicle on roads and road related areas.
This golf scooter is designed for use on private property and on golf courses where the club permits it. It is not registrable and may not meet the e-scooter or personal mobility device rules in your state or territory, so it must not be ridden on public roads, footpaths, shared paths or bike lanes unless local law allows it. Golf clubs set their own rules for private carts and scooters, so check with your club before riding on course. Rider must be 16+.

Most of what we sell is bulky — scooters, beds, reformers, massage chairs. This page tells you what actually happens between your order and your front door, so there are no surprises on delivery day.
Cat trees: free delivery to inner-metro Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane, arriving in 2–5 business days from your order.
Where we deliver, and what it costs
We ship within Australia only. We do not deliver to PO boxes or parcel lockers — a street address with someone able to receive the item is required.
- Free delivery to inner-metro Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. Outer-metro suburbs are not included. Check the postcode list →
- Everywhere else in Australia: shipping is calculated at checkout from your postcode and the item's size and weight.
- Regional and remote postcodes: if your address is outside our carriers' normal network, we will contact you before dispatch to confirm the freight cost. If you would rather know first, email us your postcode and the model and we will quote it.
We use Allied Express, Hunter Express and other certified Australian carriers. Delivery timeframes are estimates — they depend on the carrier and your location, and we cannot guarantee an exact day.
Oversized items — please read before ordering
Mobility scooters, adjustable beds, massage chairs and Pilates reformers are freight items, not parcels. They are too heavy for one person to move and they cannot be lifted into a car.

What this means for you:
- You need a ground-floor address with clear access — a driveway, garage, carport or similar. Narrow laneways, steep driveways, apartment stairs and restricted loading zones all cause problems. If any of these apply, contact us before you order.
- Someone needs to be there to receive the delivery. These items cannot be left unattended.
- A scooter needs somewhere to live and charge — a garage, shed or carport with a power point. It will not fit in a car boot and it cannot be carried up steps.
- If you are not sure your access works, call us on 1300 674 395 and describe it. We would much rather sort it out beforehand than have a truck turn up and fail.
Pick up in person
You are welcome to collect your order, and to see the product before you commit. Pickup is by appointment so we can have the item ready and someone free to help you load it.

- Melbourne — 2/94 Willandra Drive, Epping VIC 3076. By appointment.
Tracking your order
You will get an email with a tracking number once your order is dispatched. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to start updating. If it has not moved, or the delivery window has passed, email us and we will chase the carrier for you.
If something arrives damaged
Before you unpack any further, photograph the outer carton, the damage itself and the shipping label. Email the photos and your order number to contact@urbanculturehomes.com.au within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
This is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded.

30-Day Replacement or Refund Guarantee
We offer a 30-day replacement or refund warranty from the date of purchase, under the following conditions:
You may be eligible for a replacement or refund if your item:
- Arrives damaged or defective
- Has missing parts or accessories
- Is significantly different from the description or images on our website
To qualify:
- The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging
- If the item is damaged during return transit due to poor packaging, the buyer may bear the cost
- For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos. Our team will arrange a replacement or refund promptly
⚠️ Note: This policy does not cover misuse, accidental damage, normal wear and tear, or water exposure.
Return & Refund Process
1. Request a Return Authorisation (RA#)
Email contact@urbanculturehomes.com.au with:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Supporting photos or videos
Once approved, we'll send you a Return Authorisation Number (RA#) and the nearest return address.
2. Return the Item
- Items must be returned in original packaging and condition
- Used or customer-damaged products are not eligible for a refund
- Please use a trackable mail service, as we are not responsible for lost parcels
- Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility and are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law
- If a refund is approved, return postage may be deducted from the refund amount
3. Refund Timeline
Once your return is received and inspected:
- We'll notify you of the approval or rejection
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days
- If you haven't received your refund within 15 business days, please contact us
Partial Refunds (If Applicable)
Partial refunds may be granted if:
- Parts or accessories are missing
- The item is returned not in its original condition
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.
To exchange for the same item:

- Once your return is accepted, you may place a new order for the replacement product
Order Cancellations
- Orders are processed quickly for fast dispatch
- If your order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled
- If cancelled before processing/shipping, a 10% cancellation fee applies to cover restocking and payment-processing costs

Change of Mind Policy
Under Australian Consumer Law, we are not required to provide a refund or exchange if you simply change your mind, choose the wrong colour, size, or model, or fail to read product details before purchasing.
However, we may offer a goodwill solution at our discretion.
