Where we deliver, and what it costs
We ship within Australia only. We do not deliver to PO boxes or parcel lockers — a street address with someone able to receive the item is required.
Free delivery to inner-metro Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. Outer-metro suburbs are not included. Check the postcode list →
Everywhere else in Australia: shipping is calculated at checkout from your postcode and the item's size and weight.
Regional and remote postcodes: if your address is outside our carriers' normal network, we will contact you before dispatch to confirm the freight cost. If you would rather know first, email us your postcode and the model and we will quote it.
We use Allied Express, Hunter Express and other certified Australian carriers. Delivery timeframes are estimates — they depend on the carrier and your location, and we cannot guarantee an exact day.
Oversized items — please read before ordering
Mobility scooters, adjustable beds, massage chairs and Pilates reformers are freight items, not parcels. They are too heavy for one person to move and they cannot be lifted into a car.

What this means for you:
You need a ground-floor address with clear access — a driveway, garage, carport or similar. Narrow laneways, steep driveways, apartment stairs and restricted loading zones all cause problems. If any of these apply, contact us before you order.
Someone needs to be there to receive the delivery. These items cannot be left unattended.
A scooter needs somewhere to live and charge — a garage, shed or carport with a power point. It will not fit in a car boot and it cannot be carried up steps.
If you are not sure your access works, call us on 1300 674 395 and describe it. We would much rather sort it out beforehand than have a truck turn up and fail.
Pick up in person
You are welcome to collect your order, and to see the product before you commit. Pickup is by appointment so we can have the item ready and someone free to help you load it.
Sydney — 1/31 Birnie Avenue, Lidcombe NSW 2141. Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm.
Melbourne — 2/94 Willandra Drive, Epping VIC 3076. By appointment.
You will get an email with a tracking number once your order is dispatched. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to start updating. If it has not moved, or the delivery window has passed, email us and we will chase the carrier for you.
If something arrives damaged
Before you unpack any further, photograph the outer carton, the damage itself and the shipping label. Email the photos and your order number to contact@urbanculturehomes.com.auwithin 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

I was sceptical when I decided to buy it, but could not been more satisfied with the quality. It's a great, sturdy studio quality reformer for a good price. The springs are quite strong which is great. The glide smooth and quiet. The reformer box is not as sturdy as I'd like and would give elevated box work a miss. Took a few hours to put together, but fairly straightforward. The delivery too was good and I live in a non-metro area. I recommend it.
Overall, this definitely a good deal and I am so happy that I grab this!
Pros
The seller refunds all the price difference during the wait of delivery.
The product is well packaged
The assemble Instructions are clear and easy to follow
The reformer is sturdy and looks perfect
Cons
Shipping delay
The product was left at the door (no call or notice prior delivery)
The assembling of the reformer took 2-3 hours
The plastic wrap on the bed and head rest can’t be fully removed
Only comes in black
Absolutely love my oak Pilates reformer. I have set up a small studio at home which I love. Best decision to buy one for myself. delivery was within 5 days and set up was fairly easy.
This REFORMER bed is great quality, very smooth and sturdy. I teach Reformer pilates in various studios and this bed is as good as any i work on.
So happy with it and now my whole family are doing reformer pilates every day !
I couldn’t be happier with my Foldable Oak Wood Pilates Reformer! It actually arrived on my birthday the 8th of June which made it such a special surprise.
Although there were some shipping delays, the customer service team kept me updated throughout the process and responded to my enquiries. Once it arrived, everything was well packaged, easy to assemble, and the instructions were clear and straightforward.
The reformer itself is beautiful, sturdy, and feels like excellent quality. I’ve already started using it and absolutely love it. It glides smoothly and is perfect for home workouts.
Thank you, Urban Culture Homes, for delivering such a fantastic product. It was definitely worth the wait!
Love it. Best buy ive made in a while.
Some.parts were.missing. And emailed them and they sent them out. Very easy video to watch to part it together. Took around 2 hours to build.

As a mom with a super busy schedule, getting to a Pilates studio regularly just wasn’t realistic anymore. That’s when I decided to invest in this foldable Pilates reformer machine, and it’s honestly been a huge relief. The biggest plus for me is how space-efficient it is, it folds up neatly, so I can tuck it away after a session. Living in a small home that’s a big deal.
What really surprised me, though, was how sturdy and well-made it is despite being foldable. It doesn’t feel flimsy at all, and the machine offers a full range of resistance, making it easy to adjust based on my fitness level or the type of workout I want to do that day. It’s allowed me to get a studio-quality workout at home, which I never thought would be possible without bulky equipment.
For anyone tight on space or short on time, I can’t recommend this reformer enough. It’s helped me keep up with my Pilates practice without the hassle of leaving the house, and I love that I can fit in a session whenever I get a moment to myself!!!! Thanks!!
I’m really happy with the Reformer. It’s smooth to use and easy to adjust resistance, foot bar, and trampoline insert. It feels similar to studio equipment.
It arrived promptly however was in 2 packages delivered on different days with no instructions. All the tools and fittings(with spares) were provided so I was able to put it together referencing photos from the website and qty/size of various fittings compared to components (although photos on web weren’t all the same reformer)

Absolutely love my new Reformer! The delivery was quick, and everything came perfectly packed. It’s sturdy, smooth, and feels just like the one I use in the studio. Totally worth it!
Excellent customer service and fast delivery. The reformer was well packed and easy to assemble. Great performance and feels super premium for the price.
I'm amazed by the excellent quality of this reformer. It looks and feels fantastic. Even though it's foldable, the glide is ultra smooth with absolutely no 'bump' in the middle. It's sturdy and very well made. I'm SO HAPPY with my purchase. Customer service was also wonderful. Highly recommend!
Great piece of equipment for the home gym.
Set-up took a little longer than anticipated, but we were able to work it out without too many problems.
Delivery was prompt & I would recommend this supplier.
The order was delayed, but there was adequate communication and a small refund for the inconvenience of having to wait for a few weeks. And the product was delivered at the new stated time.
Great customer service, said delivery was delayed but still received within the week. Good quality product, solid build. Only dislike is that it sits quite low to the ground, and footlegs could be higher/longer but overall very happy with purchase
The reformer is quite sturdy, however the springs are very noisy. The jump board is loose and feels unsteady in use and seems to be too short for correct function.
The machine is good quality. And for that I’m very happy with the purchase. The instructions for putting it together were crap! Translated from oior Asian to English. “Attach part M” there is no part M.
It took 3 hours to get it together
The assembly process was not difficult and the end result was aesthetically pleasing, as was the movement of the bed.
A good example of the product for a home studio.
Great quality - was a bit sceptical considering how affordable it is compared to other brands but the quality is amazing and set up was straight forward. Bought this as a gift and considering purchasing my own!!
I love this Pilates Reformer! Best decision ever to make this purchase. I have been on it everyday, compared to trying to get to 2 pilates classes a week. This reformer is smooth and just like the studio ones. Would highly recommend it. Make sure you watch the video to know how to put it together, this was fairly easy to follow, best with 2 people to assemble, but still doable by yourself!
