Will it fit?

Please measure before ordering. This is the most common reason a stepmill has to go back, and return freight on a 221 kg pallet is not a small cost for anyone.

1. Ceiling height — check this first: the machine itself is 2070 mm high, and you stand well above floor level while climbing. Height of the top step above the floor + your height + 100 mm clearance = your minimum ceiling. Measure to the lowest thing above the machine (ceiling fan, beam, downlight, garage door track), not to the ceiling itself. We are confirming the exact minimum with the supplier; contact us for written confirmation before ordering.
2. Getting it into the room: the crate is 950 mm wide. A standard Australian internal door is 820 mm, so the crate will not fit through a normal doorway. Plan to unpack in the garage, carport or driveway and move the machine in with two people. Unpacked, the machine is 750 mm wide and 2070 mm tall, so it has to be tilted to pass under a standard 2040 mm door head.
3. Floor space: the footprint is 1400 × 750 mm. Allow clear space behind the machine to step off safely and room at the sides to reach the handrails.
4. Floor structure: 201 kg concentrated on four feet, plus a moving user, is a real point load. A ground-floor concrete slab or garage floor is ideal. A rubber gym mat protects the surface and reduces vibration. Ask a qualified builder before placing it on a suspended timber floor or an upper storey.

Delivery — heavy freight item

This machine weighs 221 kg on the pallet and ships as palletised freight, not as a parcel. Delivery is free to Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane metro postcodes. For all other addresses, freight is calculated at checkout from your postcode — enter your address on the cart page to see the exact charge before you commit. If no freight option appears for your address, contact us and we will quote it for you.

• How it ships: dedicated heavy-freight carrier on a tailgate truck, packed on a timber pallet (crate 1350 × 950 × 1340 mm). The carrier contacts you to book a delivery window.
• Kerbside delivery: the driver lowers the pallet to the ground at the front of your property on a flat, hard, accessible surface. The driver does not take it inside, up steps or through a gate, does not unpack it, and does not assemble it. Please have at least two able-bodied adults on site.
• Not available: PO boxes and parcel lockers.
• Assembly: the machine arrives partially assembled in the crate (the crate is 1340 mm high; the assembled machine is 2070 mm). Final assembly is done by you on site — two people are needed.
• Damage on arrival: inspect the crate before you sign. If the crate, wrap or pallet looks damaged, note it on the driver's paperwork, take photos and contact us straight away. Concealed damage found after signing should also be reported promptly — this does not affect your Australian Consumer Law rights.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Because this machine cannot be returned by post or courier, if it is faulty, damaged or not as described we arrange and pay for collection — you are not required to organise freight yourself. These rights are not limited to any returns window.

Returns

Change-of-mind returns are different from faults and are subject to our Returns and Refunds Policy — the machine must come back on a pallet in its original crate, so please keep the packaging until you are certain you are keeping it.
